Nikon Inc. today announced the AF-S NIKKOR 24-85mm f/3.5-4.5G ED VR full-frame lens. This lens replaces the older 24-85mm f/3.5-5.6 G AF-S lens, which went out of production in 2006. The lens is a 3.5x standard zoom lens covering frequently used focal-length range from 24 to 85 mm.
